Synthetic monitoring for Andriod/ios Mobile application configuration

Hi All,

I am looking for one solution as how i can enable or configure synthetic monitoring for Mobile application Android/Ios?

is there any way to create monitors to set up scripts so we can monitor app using as simulator by setting frequency  in development phase?
