If you don't have permissions for Cluster Management Console, contact your cluster administrator.


To see if your logs are ingested:

  1. In the Dynatrace menu, go to Logs.
  2. Check for arriving logs in the table.

If your logs are not listed:

  1. Make sure that the the latest version of Dynatrace log monitoring is enabled for the environment.
  2. If Log Monitoring is enabled, in Cluster Management Console, go to Environments and select the affected environment.
  3. Make sure Maximum ingest of Log Events is greater than 0.
