If you encountered the message `Unexpected response status code = 500, cannot create SupportArchive file.` while creating a diagnostic data file via agctl:
The most common issue is the lack of free disk space. Check if there is enough free space to create a diagnostic data file.
Make sure that the ActiveGate process has permissions to ActiveGate's tmp folder.
