Application Security isn't activated
If theThird-party vulnerabilitiespage displaysRuntime Vulnerability AnalyticswithAbout,Gallery,Use cases, andSupported distributionssections, the Application Security feature isn't activated. To activate Application Security, contact a Dynatrace product expert via live chat.
Runtime Vulnerability Analytics isn't enabled
If theThird-party vulnerabilitiespage displaysEnable Third-party Vulnerability Analyticswith aConfigureoption, the Application Security feature is activated but third-party vulnerability detection is not enabled. For instructions, seeGet started with Runtime Vulnerability Analytics.
If theCode-level vulnerabilitiespage displaysEnable Code-level Vulnerability Analyticswith aConfigureoption, the Application Security feature is activated but code-level vulnerability detection is not enabled. For instructions, seeGet started with Runtime Vulnerability Analytics.
No software components are reported
If no software components are reported, vulnerabilities aren't displayed on theThird-party vulnerabilitiespage. Make sure that the necessary OneAgent features have been confirmed.
To confirm the OneAgent features
In the Dynatrace menu, go toSettings.
InPreferences, selectOneAgent features, and then filter forSoftware component reporting.
Enable any disabled feature in the list.
Note: For OneAgent versions earlier than thetechnology-specific version, besides enabling the disabled features, you also need to enableActivate this feature also in OneAgents only fulfilling the minimum opt-in versionin theDetailsof each feature.
