Iโ€™m excited to share a new YouTube tutorial where I demonstrate how to automate Jira ticket prioritization based on Dynatrace alert severity. This approach helps reduce alert noise and ensures that critical issues are always front and center for your teams.

    Customize problem detection and severity settings to match the needs of your environment.

    Using custom payloads, configure the logic that assigns ticket priority based on the Dynatrace alert severity (e.g., critical = high, warning = medium).

  4. Test the Integration
