Unguard is a free and open-source clone of X / Twitter which is deliberately vulnerable to various web application exploits. At Dynatrace, we use Unguard to test our own application security attack detection and blocking mechanisms.
In this session led by Adam Gardner @adam_gardner, fresh from Defcon 2023, Dynatrace Senior Software Engineer Christoph Wedenig @wedenigc and Dynatrace Software Engineer Simon Ammer @ammerzon will provide an overview of Unguard and how Dynatrace detects its vulnerabilities.
