Can I affect Dynatrece's AI by manually closing alerts?

I am interested in knowing if I close alerts manually, would it affect the artificial intelligence of Dynatece?

Example: If a user closes problems manually and the service is actually affected.

In short, Yes. Closing the problem will askew your Dynatrace Report as well as alter the metrics on the problem as to when the issue was "resolved". I recommend putting in comments and only close out problems if needed. You can always suppress alert notifications via the maintenance windows if needed
