It would be a good practice to also provide the time units for problem notifications in Davis Assistant Notifications, otherwise it's hard to identify what is really going on.
For example this notification doesn't mention if the unit is minutes, seconds, milliseconds or nanoseconds:
That's really uglii (correct spelling is not allowed) for precise scientific engineering 🙂
On the relevant DT UI it's inconsistent but of course handled correctly:
Solved! Go to Solution.

This actually can be really misleading:
Let's guess, is the failure rate 36% or 0.36% ? Should we be worried that almost half of the requests fail or is it less than 1%, hmm?

@r_weber looks like a potential bug was introduced at the end of March as prior to that we see proper units. We currently have an open support ticket for this.

Hi @r_weber, unfortunately, this was a degradation in the V1 problem API. It has been addressed in 1.218. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Hi everyone,
As this was actually a bug, I'll move this thread to the REST API forum and mark Mike's reply as a solution.
@r_weber - does it work for you?
Cheers,
Karolina

Hi @Karolina_Linda ,
there is a very fine line between bug and RFE. Often "bugs" reported to support are considered as enhancements and sometimes it's the other way around. Good practice to post them twice 🙂
Works for me, thanks!
