Hi All,
Has anyone experienced issues with text alerts being blocked by T-Mobile mailing server as Spam due to its special sender's address?
This issue isn't happening for Verizon / Affiliates & ATT / Affiliates.
T-Mobile shared the link (https://www.t-mobile.com/support/plans-features/consumer-versus-non-consumer-text-messaging?utm_sour... that talks about the way they expect alerts to be delivered.
Any Case study that can help get this resolved?

You have to configure inside your app the way the message is received and configure in dynatrace.
Example
in my app i need to receive some information like
timestamp
Id of problem
in dynatrace i need to set those values in a placeholder
Hi @natanael_mendes - Can you share some examples screenshots if you have? The standard configurations aren't blocked by Verizon & ATT.
Thanks
