Is it possible to set-up two thresholds(Caution/Danger) for a single metric, using custom event ??

So we can't define 2 threshold for 1 custom metric.

No I mean, crating 2 different custom metrics for the same purpose with 2 different thresholds.
Because in the settings, you have only below/above and not between.

You can create, but it will result you with two alerts when the most critical (high sensitive) threshold hits.
That's because you can only set "below" and "above" and not "between" thresholds.
