Wrong resources sending alerts


Hello. A pleasure to greet you.

I'm having this issue: We're receiving email alerts from a resource that doesn't belong to our Management Zone. We checked our MZ and the resource isn't there. Also, there are no problem tickets. Any Idea?

Hi @Andurils 

Please verify the alert profile and its configuration still. Perhaps it does not only apply to MZ. If this is the case, I would also recommend carefully verifying the rules and in particular their propagation to the different monitoring levels in Dynatrace.

Thanks for your answer, Radek. As far as I can see the first rule is the MZ being applied. All the rest goes after an AND logical operator. So if the event is not within the MZ, it should not be included.

Can you post a picture of this rule here?
