Just install the Dynatrace mobile app from appstore / google play. If it's SaaS you can login with your SaaS credentials to the app. With Dynatrace Managed just follow the instructions in top right menu in Dynatrace UI (Receive alerts via mobile app). You need to scan the QR code using QR code scanner in your mobile device and open the link. (Mobile app must be already installed on your mobile device).
