Hello,

I created a response time custom alert but i don't have the real response time value when i receive notification by mail. I receive something like this :

OPEN Custom Alert 154 in environment production
1 impacted service
Web request service MyWebService
Custom_Alert_ResponseTimeAvg
0 requests/min impacted
Service method: MyWebService

How can i do to return the response time value in ms ?

Thanks for your help

Hi Denfir,

it seems like that isn't possible for email alerts at the moment. This could be a good enhancement request though: Dynatrace Product Ideas

Another possibility would be to create a custom Webhook integration. If you use the {ProblemDetailsHTML} tag, the current and expected values are included. I would assume this is also included in the other ProblemDetails Tags. If by any chance you are using Office 365, you could use Microsoft Flow to send emails as part of this Webhook integration.

Best regards,

Franz
