Discrepancy in between Service Now ITSM local user description

For Dynatrace incident Service Now integration there are discrepancy between the roles the local user created on SNOW should have.


On one side, on Dynatrace, in problem notification these roles are described as necessary:


"Make sure that your user account has the web_service_admin and x_dynat_ruxit.Integration roles."

on Service Now store on right menù of the application "Dynatrace incident Integration"

In the installation guide the role described is as folow:

"ServiceNow authentication user needs following roles: admin, x_dyna_ruxit.Integration"
