Zabbix or alternatives for auto-healing

I want to know if it is possible to invoke a script that is created in Zabbix, to restart for example some service if there is an increase in some rate.

In Zabbix we can configure the scripts to trigger an autoremediation. Maybe is something similar to keptn and Ansible?

Can you please suggest if this is possible? And how?
