Custom tag – AWS

Hi all.

I want to tag services, host and process groups that run on the AWS instances. They are all these:

To do it I use the condition of AWS tag name, but in this case I don't see it in Dynatrace:

Tag Name = visualA1

Here show a example that I can´t see it

However, in others I do see it:

Why in DT can´t I see the aws tag in some instances?

Can you help me?

In general the AWS Tags are automatically imported if you configure your AWS account on DT (Settings -> Cloud and Virtualization -> AWS). Did you try that?

Not sure why on some hosts you're getting that anyway.
