Dashboard units and formats

I have a timeseries line graph:

I like the two decimals on the line itself but I don't like having the decimals places on the y axis just showing double zeros. Would rather no decimals on the y axis.

Is there a way to have one without the other?

I don't think the Dashboards App currently allows independent control of how units display on the axis versus hovering over a data point. Suggest submitting product idea for this.
