Any help on the requirement?

I need to know how many times a server CPU max has reached more than 60% usage in the last 24 hours in a 1-hour window. 

In the last 10 hours, at 3 and 5th hours, if CPU max touched 60% I want show the result as 2

If you're in the Grail SaaS tenant, maybe some DQL can be created about this use case.

unfortunately it is infrastructure only and dashboard classic. is there NO option in data explorer
