Hello,
I hope you're doing well.
I have a problem with OneAgent. The ActiveGate is installed on a server, and when I tried to install OneAgent on another server, I got the following error:
“Unable to determine Dynatrace OneAgent connection status (oneagentos did not start). For details, see: /var/log/dynatrace/oneagent/installer/installation_384754.log”
OneAgent's status is inactive. Could you please help with that?

To anyone facing the same issue, the problem was that the watchdog files did not have the necessary permissions. Simply grant the appropriate permissions, and it should work.
