I did an integration with the
mulesoft and Dynatrace and it is not showing the APIs. Can you tell me if there is any configuration within mulesoft that is performed that shows the apis in Dynatrace?

Nothing appears, because it does not capture the Apis.
Hi @Erica_Oliveira2 based on my experience configuring this, could be that the user for the connected app does not have all the permissions? Can you try with another user?
are you able to see any error or exception in the log viewer, if you are still facing the same issue, I do recommend checking the full logs from the ActiveGate/ActiveGates in the group executing this extension.
if it is not possible to share the logs here, you can open a support ticket and attach the logs or use the in-product assistance (Dynatrace live chat) to chat directly with Dynatrace product specialists.
