there are any rules in "Download log files"?

Hi Everyone,

Does anyone know the mechanism of "Download log files"?

Because the log I downloaded is inconsistent with the host of the monitored host, the log date downloaded by the dynatrace UI is older, but the log with a newer date is not downloaded. But "run query" has content (last seven days).

So I wonder if there are any rules in between?

I dont think so, the system only has "View Logs" as a permission which then would also allow the downoading of the log since the user can viewer
