Capture of wcf, grpc calls requests, or responses

Hello.

Please how can I enable in Dynatrace distributed trace (or elsewhere) tracing of requests / responses for individual wcf / grpc service calls?

Such capability would be very useful for incident resolution / development / testing etc.

You can use BizEvent, but not to capture all the request and response bodies. I recommend configuring BizEvent to focus on relevant parts of your payload, such as exceptions. Additionally, you can use request attributes as well.
