Are the Conversation chats in Dynatrace not 24hrs anymore? I enjoyed that spec in Dynatrace. I think it was one of their best qualities.

Dynatrace is world wide so you should be able to get the Live in-product assistance no matter your timezone, if I am not wrong.
But depending on your contract (One vs One Premium), you should get the support 8x5 or 24x7.
