Yes, for me its not a network error but it sometimes says an error occurred. Usually it works if I upload the same file for a second or third time but it is slightly odd.
I have been encountering this issue for 2 weeks now.

Thanks for letting us know. Can you open a support ticket and record a HAR from when you attempt to attach files? You can then agree with the support engineer how to provide this file, likely ftp or email.
