I followed the procedure to configure another port: The Procedure is available on the Dynatrace website
the procedure is to edit the WATCHDOGUSERCONFIG .CONFIG file in C: \ Program Files (x86) \ dynatrace \ oneagent \ agent \ conf
in this file I indicate the desired port range:
Editing the watchdoguserconfig.config file works, Dynatrace uses the selected ports.
However, when updating the One agent Dynatrace the configuration of the WATCHDOGUSERCONFIG.CONFIG file disappears. Hi Patrice,
you were editing the wrong file. You are supposed to edit watchdoguserconfig.conf
, which is is located in the following directory: %ProgramData%\dynatrace\oneagent\agent\config
