How to update Security Gateway It's Not Updating

We're seeing that our Security Gateways are
not getting updated from v 1.109.
We see about 60% of our OneAgents have updated, and don't know why other agents are not updating.
Automatic Updates were recently allowed, Cluster was manually updated 2 days ago...
Cluster @ v1.122.x Security Gateway@ v1.109.x, Security Gateway was just rebooted...





Additionally, in the Deployment Status-> Dynatrace Security
Gateway (Status Page) it'd
be nice to see # of agents and loading / health and agent release level & metrics (the
way AppMon collectors behaved )

Security gateways must be updated manually. Only oneagent is updated automatically. I think I've seen something mentioned about auto update of security gateways in recent release notes, but I can't find it. The version you are referring to won't auto update.

For failed auto update of oneagents, just look into agent log files. Every time one of out agents was not updated, we could find the reason in agent log files.

We'll get things updated, and I'll plan to report back after 1-2 update cycles to see if behaviour changes on later releases.
I'll also focus on release notes.

What is the log file path for this? We tryied to update Dynatrace OneAgent but it failed with the message "Could not trigger an upgrade, see events log for details". The installed version is 1.136...

RFE is not necessary. The team is already working on autoupdate and is aware that Users are waiting for this feature.
