Middleware to ODS

Dear All,

One of the customers is using ODBC on the Middleware (not supported by the Dynatrace). Now they configured a Middleware service to use the JDBC connection to connect to the ODS.
But we do not see the ODS in the service flow, nothing is in the PupePath and backtrace.
What could be the reason behind this situation?

This area still in a gray mode. We were under the impression that the following features introduced by the Dynatrace in the version are going to resolve this situation but still no luck.

DatabaseRetrieve and DatabaseRoute nodes
