so the answer I can find is "sort of". Dynatrace can monitor basically any Java process out there from a process level, however I don't see it officially supported by Dynatrace, meaning that you may not see services come up. If you know what classes to instrument Dynatrace into, you can set up custom services for that purpose.
You can additionally convert flex points to have Dynatrace create a plugin/extension for this as well.
