Hi Team,
I need help to know how we can calculate a user percentage at a service level. I want to see if the service is failing and throwing some errors, and how much % of Users experienced that.

Typically you will see the number of impacted users in the problem card details page. If you want to get a count per user, then the best way to go at this is to create a Request Attribute that will provide the user's name. Them you can use the multidimensional analysis chart to filter on failed requests and list it by request attribute user names.
