I have Dynatrace set up for an application on a Kubernetes cluster. As soon as I enable Session Replay, which is disabled by default, the front end becomes inaccessible. I see a blank screen, and an "authenticated Failed" message in the console. Nothing loads at all, and everything's normal as soon as I toggle the session replay. Any lead about what could be causing this problem would be helpful. Thanks.

So then you turn on session replay the Frontend UI as accessible via a customer, it has a blank screen? If this is the case I would highly recommend opening up a support case with Dynatrace on this as it is an unintended result of Session Replay. There must be a technical conflict but Dynatrace RUM and Session Replay experts would need to investigate this.

@Aavesh thx for letting us know. I would advice as well to open a support case with all technical details you can get to assist us to triaging, analyzing and solving the issue. In the meanwhile I will share your case with the team.
