User session export to blob storage via Oauth2.0

Hi,

Has anyone successfully setup user session export to an Azure blob storage?

We are trying to set this up. But the Windows administrators are not sure on how and where to get an access token url

The client id and secret has been created ONLY the access token URL that is a challenge.
