Example: https://avon.com/version - 3 values would need to be extracted and displayed on a diagram. - HTTP status code - version value from response body - x-node-id from response header.
I know how to get the HTTP response. What about the other two?

If you want the version of browser version etc... and so on, then I would check out the user sessions surrounding that application. You can also add in string properties to capture further data on the pages etc.

You may be able to get this accomplished with Synthetic Monitoring, If you run an availability test against the URL, you should be able to get the information returned as part of the result set.
