Since Dynatrace version 1.296, a new alert has been created for when your AWS/Azure configuration is not able to monitor your cloud.
- If your configuration is unused, deactivate it (in AWS) or delete it.
- To find the root cause of the issue:
- Open AWS/Azure configuration.
- Find the configuration for which the problem was created.
- Verify your configuration:
- for AWS: IAM role, AWS account ID,
- for Azure: Tenant ID, Client ID.
- Save the configuration.
If there's still something wrong, a proper error message should be displayed.
