Check the version that are present on the ActiveGate itself and the Extensions module in the Dynatrace page, deployment status.
If there is a difference in the versions, please check the logs, https://www.dynatrace.com/support/help/shortlink/sgw-files, based on your operating system and look for dynatracegateway.*.log and look for this entry:
RemotePluginModule auto update check finished with error: Autoupdate: Installer file download abandoned: installer file already exists.
If you find this entry, please follow below steps
Path: /var/lib/dynatrace/packages
or for Windows Path: %PROGRAMDATA%\dynatrace\packages
