  • Choose a unique username (keep it under 15 characters and non-offensive).
  • Set a profile picture that represents you.
  • Add information to your biography section.
  • Create a signature to make your profile instantly recognizable.
  • Configure your notification preferences to stay updated on topics that matter to you.

2) Navigate with confidence

Our intuitive search bar and navigation menu make finding relevant content simple. Use these tools to explore our vast knowledge base of questions, ideas, and discussions.

3) Engage and contribute

We hope you enjoy your time on the Dynatrace Community. It's you - Dynatrace users, who make our community so valuable. To ensure this remains a high-quality knowledge base, please follow the main rules described in posting and replying guide:

  • Ask questions directly from the main page or relevant sub-forums.
  • Accept solutions when your questions are answered.
  • Give kudos to helpful replies and vote for product ideas you support.
  • Follow topics, labels, and discussions to keep track of content that interests you.
  • Post Product ideas in appropriate categories with clear labels.
  • Comment thoughtfully on questions and ideas.
