Session Replay Android IOS

Recordings of user sessions are not being displayed in both applications, IOS and Android.

In the edit, the session replay was already enabled, but it doesn't record sessions from both applications.

Any suggestion ?

@ViniciusR are you still running into this issue? And to confirm the session replay is set to be active at the application settings? and you have it set to capture 100% of the sessions correct?
