🆕 Dynatrace Community updates

👉 New Community structure! If you're a frequent flyer in our Community, you probably have already noticed a few changes, like a new addition to our sub-forums list: Cloud platforms and Container platforms. You can read about what else has changed in this article.

👉 Earlier this year in the Community survey some of you signaled the need for a dark mode function, and we've heard you! Check this article about the Dark Mode workarounds you can use in our Community.

👉 Community User Guide has been extensively reviewed and updated with video content to make the first steps in the Community smoother. We've also created a User Groups article which, among other things, explains the process of requesting a new User Group.

👉 You may have noticed badges swarming your notifications earlier this week. It's the result of us introducing new badges in the "Readers" and "Anniversary" categories.

🔜 What's to look forward to?

September is a month of change. The holiday season is slowly fading away, and days aren't as long anymore, but it doesn't mean we at the Community Team intend to slow down! We have a ton planned for the last quarter of the year, and we invite you to have a peek at what's in the cards!

👉 New exciting Community Challenge - SEPTEMBER 14, 2022

Traditionally, expect a new challenge around the middle of the month. We don't want to spoil anything, but there are rumors this time it's going to be Dynatrace-related 👀

👉 Forum labels clean-up

We're constantly working on improving your experience with the Community, and a part of that is bringing order to its forums. We've already updated its structure, and now it's time to clean up our labels! In the upcoming weeks, we'll be removing obsolete or incorrect ones, and joining too similar labels into one. It wouldn't affect any of your day-to-day activities in the Community, but you may notice some changes very soon.

👉 User Groups expansion is on the horizon

User Groups is the newest community feature that appeared earlier in July. As for now, we have only two in place: German and Portuguese. We'd like to confirm it's only the beginning, and we already have a plan to expand the list! Stay tuned for more information in the upcoming weeks and check out what to do if you have an idea for a user group yourself.
